All orders are normally shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Please refer to the shipping timeline estimate at the bottom of the Etsy listing for a more accurate delivery time! Upgraded shipping is available at checkout, but we cannot absolutely guarantee any delivery dates outside of the stated timeframe.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address when placing their order. If an item is returned to us, it can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Original shipping and item costs are non-refundable.
If an item seems to be lost in the mail, please reach out to us no more than 3 weeks after the order is shipped! We can provide you more detailed steps on how to submit a lost mail report to USPS.
