When ordering I need to know

Colors- Background, Border, and main design colors-
Fonts-I will match as close as I can or if you let me know the name of the font,
I will use that font (True Type Fonts ONLY)
Absolutely NO Lifelike images, We can NOT digitize them.
Clip art, cartoons animated images will work
If your designs require specific colors, please use the thread chart in the images in the listing.
Please let me know the Thread Numbers you want me to use.
(Also Please keep the designs to 8 colors each.)

We do send mock ups of the designs 2 weeks after purchase, please watch for the message that has the mock up.
If we do not get a response with in 48 hours, we will assume the mock up does not need changes and we will complete the order as is.
I do try to get the orders out as quick as I can, but sometimes it does take up to 3 weeks for an order to be completed,
Depending on how many orders are in front of your order. I can sometimes do a rush order for a fee (that would be an order guaranteed to completed within 1 week.)
I ship all orders First Class USPS. Which take 3-5 days to deliver if you need the delivery time faster, please upgrade to Priority or Express USPS. Once I ship the order, It is out of my hands and we are at the mercy of the Post Office. Please contact me if you notice there is a problem with the delivery time.
If your package is returned to me because of an error in the shipping address you will be responsible for reshipping charges.
(Error in shipping address is the wrong address put in when the order is made by the customer. So Please check the address before you make the purchase) (If the tracking shows that the package is delivered, I am unable to replace or refund the purchase if the package is stolen or lost. So please make arrangement for a safe delivery of the order)
Cancellations and Returns:
I will accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase only.
Any cancellation is subject to a 10.00 fee.
Returns are not accepted on custom Items,
Buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost.
We do offer iron on and peel and stick patches, but I will not guarantee the iron on or peel and stick material or the patch. The instructions are posted here.
Iron On instructions:
Use an iron temperature set to 260 degrees
Press down on the patch for 10-15 second moving iron slightly to not burn patch.
This is very important LET COOL COMPLETELY before testing to see if the adhesive attached to the garment.
Repeat as necessary until patch it set to garment.
You can also turn the garment inside out and iron it from the back side of the patch.
(I have done some tests and it does take a few times to get the patch to adhere.)
Peel and Stick instructions:
Peel and Stick is like double sided tape, One side sticks to the patch and the other has paper over it, you peel the paper off and the adhesive will be there. You may have to score the paper to leave the adhesive on the patch.
**Caution you can peel the peel and stick material off of the patch when removing the paper, Make sure to peel a little bit at a time to make sure you are not removing the adhesive also.***
VELCRO-
We sew the Hook side of the VELCRO on to the patch and also send the loop side with the patch.
***Just an FYI we recommend sew on or VELCRO patches. Iron on patches can warp when the heat it applied to attach the iron on material. The peel and stick material might not stick to what you want it to or might not last as long as you would like it. We do not make the iron on or peel and stick material so we do not guarantee it.
