• When can I expect my order to ship? •
- I try to ship out my orders out as soon as possible. However, if your order is a preorder, the ship out date is subject to change but this is always not the case.
• When will the design I want be available again? •
- Some designs are in really high demand. Although I try to not put a quantity cap or limit on some designs, it is easier for me to do so as it will lighten the work for me. I once again would like to ask for your understanding as not only am I a full time student but a one person team (sometimes two with the aid of a friend) running this shop.
• What materials do you use for your necklace? Are they hypoallergenic or waterproof? •
- All the chains in my necklace are made of stainless steel which still have traces of nickel in it. Most of the pendants or main charms of the necklaces are copper based plated in gold. Please note that I do not sell gold filled or actual gold as those are very expensive; hence, my necklaces are not made to last a long time but given great care they can be stable pieces. Proper care involves avoiding exposure to water or sweat!
• What about packaging? •
- If you would like to receive necklaces individually boxed, please make sure to check it out as a gift. I can accept last minute requests but only before the order has been shipped or packaged.
• Can I have a different chain length?”
- Absolutely! All of us have different neck widths or chain length preferences so if you have a specific length desire, please message me and I can do it for free!
