General Use
• Avoid shaking or beating the rug; use a vacuum cleaner with a brushless nozzle to sweep.
• If you have furniture like tables or sofas on the rug, periodically change their positions to prevent impressions. The areas in contact should be vacuumed with a brushless nozzle.
Stain Removal
If any spills occur on the rug, swift action is essential.
• In such cases, start by blotting the area with a paper towel to absorb excess liquid without spreading. Avoid using bleach-based cleaning agents (like bleach).
• After blotting, the spilled area should be washed with cold water and natural soap.
• While wiping, take care not to spread the stain; avoid circular or vigorous scrubbing against the grain of the fabric.
• Do not put weight on the cleaned area until it is completely dry.
Deep Cleaning
• If your rug requires a thorough cleaning, it can be machine washed in a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius. Avoid using heavy chemical cleaners containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic), such as bleach. Do not wring and ensure that the washing water temperature does not exceed 30 degrees Celsius.
• After cleaning, the rug should be air-dried on a flat surface without being hung.
• Do not use the rug while it's wet, and protect it from direct sunlight.
