All sticker sheets are 4.5" x 6.5" (11.43 cm by 16.51 cm).
All of my sticker sheets are kissed cut and easy to remove from sticker backings. They are made on permanent adhesive sticker paper, but I have found I can carefully re-position them. Which is very helpful for people like me that have OCD tendencies. =)
