Shown is our standard 1/4 inch Stethoscope ID Tag with a name stamped on the upper line and EMT on the lower line. The Cuff has the Star Of Life custom stamp. Both items are available to be customized.
The ID Tag is crafted on a 1/4 inch, 14 gauge Aluminum Stamping Blank. The Cuff is crafted on a 1/2 inch, 14 gauge Aluminum Stamping Blank. On the ID Tag, the upper and lower line of the Wrap can accommodate approximately 12 characters or spaces.
Please note, this is a hand crafted, hand stamped item. Variations in depth and alignment can occur during the crafting and stamping of the ID tag. We like to consider this "our unique touch" for each item we make. Installation guide is provided with shipment.
Each line can accommodate approximately 12 letters/characters.

- 1 Charm Limit for this Listing. In-Bedded Birthstone Crystals are considered a charm. Moonson Designs offers a wide variety of charms. - Decide your color choice. For the stamping, the DEFAULT COLOR IS BLACK and the order will be crafted with black unless otherwise noted. For this Listing, refer to the Color Palette picture to choose another color. Colors are inter-changeable per line and per each custom stamp choice. Please ensure you are specific, as described below when identifying your color choices.
