Sized to print on US Letter (8.5" x 11") and A4* (210 mm x 297 mm).
If printed at 100% scale, the folded box size is: 2 3/8" x 2 3/8" x 2 3/8" (60 mm x 60 mm x 60 mm), not including the ears. *A4 users may need to print at 97% scale if your printer is not borderless; folded box size would then be: 58.5 mm x 58.5 mm x 58.5 mm.
Best result if printed on cardstock paper. (For example, 80# cover weight or 110# index weight).
To Assemble:
1) Score using grey dotted lines as a guide. (Remember not to score over the ears!)
2) Cut out.
3) Fold.
4) Use adhesive on the side tab to form box.
5) Fold in flaps and close lid for top and bottom.
Optional:
a) Use adhesive tape to seal the bottom lid from the inside.
