All sets are custom to size and made to order using the best materials for longevity. Personalization is available upon request. Tutu and socks are machine sewn. Due to high volume and inventory demand, specific ribbon for socks may be unavailable. In that event, something similar will be used ultimately creating the same look. Tutu is available without a ribbon trim as well. Long sleeves are available upon request for cooler climates. Shirts and/ onesies are heat pressed using high grade vinyl and heat transfer vinyl. Bows are a courtesy so if you need more than one, plz message to make arrangements. Sublimations are available upon request on white shirt only. Sublimations are when the ink is infused into the fabric. It will survive multiple washes. If you prefer a sublimated shirt, plz include "sublimated shirt" in your cart as well.
Family shirts are available as well. If desired, cart "family shirt" and leave the details for who the shirt will be for in the personalization box. Shirt sizes will be in the size column.
Please message for sizes that may not be listed. Any order needed within 12 days are considered rush orders and are subject to rush fees. Turnaround processing is typically 2 to 3 weeks pending volume. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery.
Hand washing and hang drying is recommended for custom sets including socks. Be mindful that this is a custom set, designed for the princess in your life. Check shipping and delivery times for assurance. If needed prior to the shipping allotment listed, message to make arrangements. I am 100% human and am very understanding to life's twist and turns. I will accommodate you as much as I can in the most efficient way possible.
Once the item have shipped, tracking and delivery date provided, I can not be held responsible for any delays or damages incurred by the carrier. In the event of an occurance, I am very willing to work with you to hold accountable the parties responsible for such occurance. Although it is very rare, I must mention. Please compare the processing/shipping allotments to your need by date as the dates of delivery provided by Etsy are accurate. Rush options are available by contacting me. Rush fees vary from buyer to buyer pending factors that include and are not limited to location of residency, need by date, and surcharges for rural areas if applicable. Rush fees are applied to processing times and UPS shipping.
Please use the personalization box for name spelling and age. Shirts/onesies are 100% cotton unless they are sublimated, in that case they are 100% polyester or a blend.
Please include any color modification that you prefer in tops and tutus in the order description. Contact me with any specifications not in listing. Changes may be made up to 24 hours after orders are made via messaging. Due to the sets being customed, it is policy that we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If refund inquiry is due to a default by the shop, please contact me so arrangements can be made.
