PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Introducing our three traditional mini-upright headstone variations. These mini upright headstones with a natural-edged base are a great affordable option. They feature an all-surface polished top stone that can be engraved with your choice of design, along with customizable text, including names, dates, and quotes. Crafted from absolute black granite, our laser-engraved mini headstones and natural-edged bases offer an exquisite way to honor the memory of your loved ones. The striking contrast between the black granite and white engraving creates a visually captivating effect. Designed for durability, these mini traditional upright headstones are perfect for outdoor applications, whether in a cemetery, your land, or a memorial garden. These headstones provide both affordability and lasting quality, making them an optimal choice for honoring your loved ones. Choose from the following three (3) sizes:
-12"x2"x8" Top / 16"x4"x2" Bottom
-16"x2"x8" Top / 26"x5"x3" Bottom
-20"x10"x2" Top / 30"x5"x3" Bottom
Additionally, these combo package are estimated to weigh starting out over 45 lbs. and will be shipped unassembled to prevent breakage during transit. To assemble, you will place the top headstone on top of the base, and you can either use outdoor waterproof black silicone or a putty-like setting compound (Miles Supply Set-Rite). The purpose of these two types is to help prevent water from getting underneath your stone and causing uplift when freezing. HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PHOTO & INFORMATION:
To inquire and/or submit your photo and personalization for engraving, please:
1.) Scroll to the bottom of the listing under "Meet your sellers" and click "Message Maria." You can attach your photo(s), inquiries, names, dates, quotes, and font requests here. Please be sure to send HIGH-QUALITY images, as this does affect the quality of the engraving.
2.) The names, dates, quotes, and font requests can also be added at the top of the listing under "Add your personalization."
CEMETERY:
Please note for cemetery placements, it's essential to consult with your cemetery BEFORE placing an order, as each cemetery may have specific specifications. We strongly emphasize the importance of checking with the cemetery before placing an order to avoid any issues. We offer a wide range of sizes, and if the size you require is not listed, please feel free to reach out to us via email, Etsy messenger, or text.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Please note that cancellations and refunds within the first 8 HOURS of orders will be accepted BUT could be subjected to a 10% ARTIST FEE if the designing has already begun. Cancellations and refunds WILL NOT be accepted after the artist's proof is approved.
SHIPPING:
Please note due to the intricacies of artwork and the approval process, the turnaround time for this item is 1-2 weeks (plus shipping) from the receipt of the order. The item will be carefully packaged, boxed, and shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. PLEASE NOTE: This is just an estimated turnaround, as products can ship sooner and/or later, depending on the time of year and product availability. It's important to mention that Heart of Texas Memorials assumes no responsibility for late shipments once the item leaves our shop.
If you need your memorial order expedited for faster production, please reach out to us BEFORE ordering to ensure the deadline is meetable. A "RUSH" fee of $99.99 (depending on the size of the stone) will be accessed on requested and approved items and can be added to your cart by going to Heart of Texas Memorials' main shop under listings and adding "PLEASE RUSH MY ORDER." Please note that the $99.99 only covers Heart of Texas Memorial lasering, packaging, and dropping your stone off for shipping. It does not cover the upgraded shipping cost. Please note that photographs of all engraved products are taken for use on Heart of Texas Memorials' website, social media accounts, marketing materials, and Etsy shop.
