Material Samples
Material samples will be printed with our template venue sketch and wording. They're not personalised. This will give you an idea of the card and print quality before placing your full order. Unfortunately we don't offer personalised samples for wallet fold venue sketch wedding invitations due to the design time required to create a venue sketch.
Envelopes
We will include envelopes with every order. Simply choose your envelope colour at the checkout. The envelopes are 7x5".
Size

Wax Seal
Wax seals come free with every wallet fold wedding invitation. We'll include wax seals in the wreath design in gold, but if you had a different colour in mind, or one our other stamp design, just let us know when you place your order.
Materials
We will print your all in one wedding invitations on Fedrigoni Old Mill Bianco, a luxurious 350gsm off-white card stock with a subtle texture.
Your Design
Your design is created by us and proofed and approved by you. Please check carefully to ensure all the details are accurate - this includes spelling, punctuation, dates, colours and the layout. Proofing is your responsibility, so the design that is confirmed by you will be the design that is printed. If there is a printing error with the approved proof, we can't unfortunately offer you a refund, return or free reprint. If you do have any issues, we'll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Our Invitation Formats
All of our wallet fold wedding invitation designs can be adapted for both the day and evening invitations - you can adapt the wording to suit you. We have 3 other great invitation formats you may prefer: our Concertina Wedding Invitations, Single Card Wedding Invitations and our Gatefold Wedding Invitations. Whilst the format you choose is entirely up to you, most customers choose a Wallet, Concertina or Gatefold Invite for their day guests and a Single Card Wedding Invitation for their evening guests.
The Process
Once you've placed your order, we'll print and dispatch within 3-4 working day.
When you've ordered, please send us your venue photo and wording and we'll begin your venue sketch immediately.
By sending over your venue photo you are commissioning your venue sketch with the photo sent.
These sketches take over an hour each to produce, so unfortunately once the sketch is completed, you won't be able to send us a different photo to try a different sketch without an additional charge (£25.00 / Approximately $30.00 - reduced rate).
When your sketch is completed, we'll create a preview of your invitation design for approval before print.
Delivery
Full orders are sent with a dedicated courier - Fully tracked and fast.

Personalised Samples will be sent with standard 1st class mail - please disregard the listings ‘Estimated Arrival’ when ordering samples. You’re welcome to upgrade your sample delivery to express at the checkout.
The Full Range
If you love this design, we can keep the same theme for all of your wedding stationery. We offer the full range of on-the-day items. These include Place Cards, Table Name Cards, Table Plans & Wedding Programs and once the wedding is over, we also have matching Thank You Cards. If you can't see your particular design in our shop, just let us know and we'll be happy to create it for you for no extra charge.

We will of course refund your order with the cost of the venue illustration deducted, as long as your cancellation is requested prior to print. In addition, if you do cancel after the illustration is complete, the drawing is yours to keep and we will send you your files in your chosen format if requested.
