💖HOW IT WORKS: PLEASE READ!!
Step 1: Place your order
Step 2: Send in your reference photos via Etsy Messenger, as well as the childs name you'd like under the portrait.
It is sometimes hard to make out details on the photo such as freckles or eye color, so please note those things in the message as well. Also if you have a preference on what color a child is wearing or the color of the bottom banner, add that in your message as well.
I'm happy to make customizations. Such as adding a hat or wearing a favorite characters outfit (though these portraits are just the shoulders up).
Step 3: A proof will be sent via Etsy messages within 5-10 days after purchase. (These are completely hand-drawn, but we'll do our best to be as timely as possible.)
You will get 1 free revision, revisions after that will be an additional $5 for each revision.
Step 4: Reply to our message with any edits or changes you may have. If you're happy with the design, let us know and we'll get the final to you right away.
Please note: If no response is received within 3 business days, we will automatically send you the final.
Step 5: Once approved, we will upload the high-resolution PNG into Etsy. You will receive a link to have access to the file so that you can download and print it.

The files will be delivered electronically to you within 3-5 of order and payment.
An email will be sent to the address you have associated with your Etsy account with a link for your download.
