Our Dolly jacket design is largely inspired by classic country western design, while still embodying 70s desert vibes which our brand is made of. It’s bold and bright, electric yet serene, timeless and vintage, sweet and feminine, while also making a glittery western statement — These traits reminded us of none other than Dolly Parton, who we find so inspiring, and thus we found her name to be fitting.
This electric yet serene jacket is a bold mustard yellow soft faux satin fabric, with a sunset of burnt orange, soft mauve, peach, and coral, with teal blue piping. Note that the jacket is real is a little darker in color than it appears in the model photos. We took special care of all the details, from the mauve lining to the gold 60s style metal YKK circle zipper. The fit of this jacket is inspired by some of our favorite 70s vintage bomber, motorcycle and hunting jackets. We took our favorite elements of each to come up with this slightly cropped style that's stylishly tailored yet very comfortable.
