HOW TO ASSEMBLE

Fold two sides in (one side will overlap the other), leaving only the front image in view.
Use double sided tape or glue stick to seal the back, top, & bottom.

You can print this template out on any 8.5" x 11" card stock paper of your choice. We recommend at least 80lb or heavier card stock, white glossy flyer paper, glossy presentation paper, or glossy brochure paper, 8 1/2" x 11" inch for highest quality feel.
