The Quick Change threaded design means you simply screw on your tumbler. No more adjusting jaws, checking for wobble, adjust again, scream, repeat, and adjust for every tumbler. The threaded design also means your laser jaws won't leave marks on your tumblers.

The flush lip design doesn't overhang the edge of the tumbler to ensure maximum laser clearance, especially on lasers like the xTool P2 which has very little clearance between the laser nozzle and the work surface.
The dual grip design allows for gripping by either tightening inward or expanding outward with the chuck jaws. This tool can accommodate jaws up to 17mm wide. If your jaws are wider, contact us and we'll see about making a version for you!

VERSIONS
+ STANDARD: For xTool RA2 and other rotaries. Includes locking plate and screws.
+ OT POLAR w/ R1: Provides more room for the Atomstack R1 used on the Omtech Polar laser. Sits closer to the chuck, and shortens the width required by 18mm. This version does not have the 3 screw mounting holes as the R1 rotary is strong enough to hold it. DOES NOT Include locking plate and screws.
+ WECREAT ROTARY: An Extended version (50mm) to extend past the non-engravable area on the WeCreat rotary. Includes locking plate and screws.
LOCKDOWN PLATE (Standard and WeCreat Versions Only)
The Lockdown plate includes M4x20mm screws for the xTool RA2 Pro Rotary. The Lockdown Plate allows you to fasten the Quick Change Threaded Lid Jig to the RA2 and WeCreat rotaries via the inner screw holes for the jaw. Use of the Lockdown Plate is optional. Other rotaries tend to have a larger jaw and chuck along with a more robust tightening of the chuck, so it is not needed for those. (Let us know if you have issues)
