To use,
1. do not rub the bar directly onto scalp or hair. Instead thoroughly brush hair, then section hair into 4 equal part and wet in the shower.
2. Massage the bar under running water until lather is achieved, then massage the foam Into scalp, length and ends.
3.Rinse and repeat If necessary. Follow with an apple cider vinegar rinse. 2 part water 1 part apple cider vinegar. If you are suffering from shedding, thinning, or major hair loss due to alopecia NEVER WET COMB YOUR HAIR. And always follow with a conditioner treatment and leave in conditioner to maximize results.. Use once a week.
All shampoo bars are NOT created equally. Please see the list of ingredients again. We do not use or endorse the use of harmful chemicals, preservatives, sulphates or parabens in this product. Please give shampoo bars a try. There is an initial period of transition where your hair will naturally detox itself. You can always do an apple cider vinegar rinse after the first couple of uses of this shampoo. But feel your hair after every use to see if it's needed.
