1. I’m a bit concerned about the sign arriving damaged. Will that happen and what should I do?
Your sign will be handled with care and it’s unlikely that the sign will be damaged in transit. We use multiple layers of protective packaging, .e.g. bubble mailers, corrugate cushions, protective bars and fragile labels. Even if so, just send us a message, and we will re-ship you another one or issue you a (partial) refund.Â
2. Is the sign ready to hang?
All signs come in ready to hang. We send a kit that includes screws and hooks together with your sign.
