While we take great care in packaging each order, we cannot be held responsible for damage to your package while in transit. We try our best to send you a picture of your proof so you can see your order left in good state. If packages are heavily damaged while in transit, please contact us immediately and we will try to sort something out. Thank you!
We ship using a large Priority box for most orders. We understand this is a little higher in price, however we pack your sweets up with enough protection for them to make it whole to you. It is worth the few extra bucks having sweets that are undamaged during transit, WE EVEN PUT IN A FEW EXTRA TREATS FOR DAMAGE CONTROL.
