Shipping time:
🌿The shoes will be designed, made, decorated and shipped after 1-2 weeks you placed your order.
🌿The items will be done and shipped, after 1 - 3 days you placed your order
- To US, Canada, Australia and EU: for an economic and faster shipping, the items are shipped together in a big parcel by the fast shipping (DHL) to the destination country then delivered to your address by the national shipping company (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail...). The tracking number of your parcel will be updated on your invoice order as soon as it was shipped again in your country, after 5-7 days the shipping notification mail was sent to you
- To Asian countries: the items are shipped by VNPT services - Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group, a national company. The tracking number will be updated on your invoice order as soon as you receive the shipping notification mail.

Refunds:

The shoes must be in their original unworn condition. Once we receive them we will issue you a refund you will be responsible to pay for the return postage to ship the item back to us and the original shipping charges that are non-refundable, please use registered regular mail, not courier service.
Exchanges:
🌿 If there is a problem with your shoes we will gladly exchange them as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving them. The shoes must be in their original, unworn condition. Please note that we will send you the replacement at our own expense you will just have to pay for the return postage. To ship the item back to us, please use registered regular mail, not courier service.
Cancellations:
🌿 We do not except cancellations 24 hours after placing the order.
