Quantities of orders for each customer is tracked through Etsy and this is how the program will be monitored.

This moth has been expertly mounted and framed by me.
The item itself is set in a blackboxed frame sent against a black backdrop.
On the back of the frame you will find the frame you will find the company stamp.
Names of the insect will be added at the customers request.
These frames are easy hanging with a catch at the back to hang to the wall.Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.Please be aware I do not cover for leg or antennae damage. All items are insured for any other damage or loss.
Postage.
Please be advised I cannot cover antennae or legs that may dislodge in the post however I do cover damaged frames eg smashed glass or lost post items.
Returns.
Please be aware these are real butterflies and made to order.
I don’t accept items as returns,
I have recently received several requests for returns as the thought it was knitted.... or used for a uni/art project and now want to return them. I give free postage and individuals doing this cost me money for the postage to send it the the first place.
Damaged Items - In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged it must be reported within 48hrs of the tracked delivery date please. Exceptions will be reviewed case by case up to 7days after delivery. Any requests over 7days will not be covered.
