DESIGN & PROCESSING TIME-
Normal design time is 2 days not counting Saturdays and Sundays.
If there is rush order message us to see what we can do.
SHIPPING-
“First Class” mail is 5–7 days, not counting Sundays.
“Priority” mail is 2-3 days, also not counting Sundays.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery that are outside our control.
We cannot guarantee delivery, if you ask us, we will give the USPS website estimated delivery date for the destination zip code.
LOCAL PICKUP-
We offer local pickup by appointment, use the coupon code “LOCALPICKUP” to avoid shipping charges. When order is ready, we will message you to set up a pick-up time.
REPLACEMENTS & RETURNS-
Corsages and garters are considered a personal wear item and can’t be returned. Returns are not accepted if it was received late (unless it was our fault), colors didn’t match, ordered to many, event or date cancelled.
Orders not designed correctly or damaged, please message us as soon as possible.
