Order process:
1. Please be sure to provide pictures of pets for reference (it is best to provide pictures from multiple angles, and clearly describe the poses you need to make, details, whether to add decorations, etc.).
2. You can contact me via the Etsy message box.
3. After receiving your information, I will reply and confirm in time. If the response is delayed, please understand that I may be too busy to check in time, but I will get back to you within 6 hours.
4. Production time: 10-15 days (excluding modification confirmation time)
5. About order modification: I will send you the photos of the first draft of the sculpture before the final confirmation of the work. Please confirm within 24 hours if the sculpture needs replacement and improvement. Please note and respond to this step in a timely manner. (about 3 to 5 days)
6. Delivery time and shipping method
Delivery time: Please allow up to 7-20 days delivery your unique order, but different for each region. I will arrange delivery for you as soon as possible.
