IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure you don’t force the lid open. The coffin does not open all the way. It opens as shown, which is just slightly open. We check them before we send them to be sure the lids are secure. If you open it all the way, it could break and we can not refund or replace them if they break. Thanks! Also, the charm lids do not always stay closed when hanging on a chain.... some are tighter fits than others as the lid is added to the charm manually. Some stay closed and some open a bit. If you have questions about this, please message us BEFORE you order. We will not issue refunds for the way the door stays open or closes.
