All silver pieces are subjected to an anti-allergic process ( nickel and lead-free) The chain is made of aluminum metal and then it has been immersed into pure silver so that it contains sterling silver! A unique rock style jewelry!

MADE TO ORDER! If you need a differand size, please send me total length you want it to be in note for seller at check out or email me. Any change of length is free of charge. If there is no size specification in "note for seller" it will assume the size in description, is the size you need.
SHIPPING INFO:
I ship worldwide, to your Etsy address unless otherwise requested, 1-3 days after being informed via PayPal or Etsy direct checkout that the payment has been settled.
Shipping during the Holiday season may take a bit longer.
All items are shipped through the Greek postal system ELTA registered with tracking number. You can find the tracking number on your order’s receipt. Registered shipping is used so that there is absolutely no chance that the shipment will be lost. If there is a delay please feel free to contact me so we can find the solution together.
In some countries, buyers are subjected to custom taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
*There are no returns on any MADE TO ORDER items.
*In any other case, if the customer wants to return the item for personal reasons (for example the customer does not like it), he is always responsible for any return shipping costs (shipping and customs) and will receive a refund for the price of the item.
*If the item has been sent with free shipping, the refund will be minus the shipping charges. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
*If the reason that the customer wants to return the item comes from my mistake I will gladly take it back and refund 100% of the total cost (price + shipping cost).
The refund will take place immidiately after the item has been received. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
*Please note we do not accept responsibility for any post delays since it is not in our control.
The timeframe provided is based on a general estimate and may vary.
In the Christmas period significant delays are possible.
*We will not refund for post delays! Only shipments marked as lost or if they are returned to us and only when we receive them.
Undelivered returns are not paid so they are not a priority for the post. They take longer to return to the sender and they have a larger loss rate (since we cannot track them).
*In undelivered items we refund only the cost of the item. Orders with free delivery are refunded minus the shipping cost.
*Customers are responsible for the delivery or the collection of their orders from the post. And for the monitoring of the shipment with the tracking number.
If any issue arise we are happy to provide assistance and advise. But please remember that for issues regarding your national post, missed delivery for example, you must contact your local Post office or the customer service of your national post.
*In case you want a speedy delivery we provide an express courier service with DHL, withan extra cost. They guarantee delivery in 2-5 working days (depending on the location and the distance from Greece)
*We do not refund orders marked as delivered.
