All materials are stainless steel:
• 1.7-2mm chain
• 12mm disc, enclosed in a 15mm hoop
• 2mm CZ birthstone on disc

SHIPPING INFORMATION
After dispatch, the transit time for standard shipping varies depending on the destination [effective December 20, 2024]:
Canada: 3-9 business days (partial tracking, no delivery update)
USA: 5-10 business days (includes tracking)
International: 12-25 business days (includes tracking, except Mexico & a few other countries - please see shipping confirmation)
Options for shipping upgrades are available to you at check-out.
NOTE: All insurance and delivery guarantees are voided if there's a delay caused by customs.

Please note that the following items are not returnable/exchangeable:
• all earrings are not returnable/exchangeable due to health/hygiene reasons
• custom/made-to-order items are not returnable/exchangeable as they were made for a specific recipient and cannot be resold to someone else.
If you're returning an item that was part of a qualifying free-shipping order, I can only refund you the cost of that item, minus the shipping cost that would have been charged on the order without that item.
If an item is defective or break due to poor workmanship, please reach out within 3 months of delivery date, and I will repair/replace, and ship it free of charge to you.
