*These are Canva templates which must be edited in Canva. There are no other template files included (eg. for Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Download your purchase which is a PDF with the link to the Canva templates
2. Edit the templates with your business name. You can change the colors, text, graphics and backgrounds.
3. Download your logo files to use for your brand.
Please note: If you want to download the files with a transparent background you will need a Canva Pro account. Free Canva only allows you to download your files with a white or colored background.

Customers who purchase designs from Sparkle & Pixel have permission to use them for commercial purposes free of charge. This includes incorporating the design into products, artworks, or any other commercial ventures.
Ownership: Sparkle & Pixel retains full ownership and copyright of the original design file. The customer only receives a license to use the design for commercial purposes.
Restrictions:
a. Resale and Replication: Customers are strictly prohibited from reselling, replicating, or redistributing the original design file in any format. This ensures that the exclusive rights to the design are maintained by Sparkle & Pixel.
b. Modifications: Customers are allowed to modify the design to suit their specific needs or artistic vision. However, the modified design cannot be resold or replicated either. Please remember to respect the original creator's rights.
Attribution: While not mandatory, I greatly appreciate it when customers credit The Rainbow Collective as the source of the design when showcasing or promoting products or artworks created using my designs. This helps support my brand and enables me to continue creating more exciting designs for you.
Legal Consequences: Violation of this commercial use policy may result in legal action and the termination of the license granted for the design. Sparkle & Pixel reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages incurred due to the unauthorized use, replication, or resale of our original design files.
