REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

If there is a mistake on my part, you will receive a 100% refund, including all shipping costs.
For exchanges, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a refund (excluding shipping costs) once I receive it in unused, original condition. Refunds will be processed after deductions of shipping charges and Etsy/PayPal/credit card fees (10%). Please ensure you use a bubble-wrap mailer and a tracking service when sending items back.
Please note that the color and size of products may vary slightly, as I use semi-precious stones and metal casting components, which can differ.
Also, be aware that gold/silver plated findings (such as charms, pendants, clasps, beads, chains, jump rings, etc.) may tarnish when exposed to humidity or if they come into contact with alcohol found in perfumes. To maintain the longevity of your jewelry, store it in a dry place and avoid spraying perfume or alcohol-based body lotion near it.
