How do I receive my files?
You will receive your files upon checkout. Your files will also always be available for download under your "Purchases" from Etsy as long as you are logged into your Etsy account when making the purchase.
What if there is a problem with my file?
From time to time there are unavoidable issues with downloads. If this occurs, let me know and I will work with you to get your files to you. :)
What if I can't figure out how to use my file?
There are many videos online showing how to use these types of files. Please refer to these first before contacting me. If you are still having issues, I will do my very best to resolve these with you.
