Preparing an oak barrel
Any wooden container must be properly prepared for use.
Fill a new barrel with clean water and change the water once a day until it becomes completely transparent. This process can take 1 to 2 weeks.
After the start of use, we recommend not to store the barrel empty, it must always contain either water or alcohol.
