Frosting on the glass is normal ( a white coating on the wax ) and wont affect the burning of the candle . Frosting is what gives each candle a unique appearance.
Instructions for use:
The decorative string must be removed before lighting.
Please allow the melt pool to cover the entire top of the candle before putting it out.
If the flame starts to get too large or the wick begins to smoke put out the candle and trim the wick.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time or less than 2, this extends the life of the candle
When not in use its best to keep the lid on the candle, this keeps dust out and holds the fragrance in.
Burn time : 60 to 80 hours
