PRINTED AND SHIPPED
- Our Framed Canvas is printed on premium museum-quality Cotton Canvas material (300g/m2, 99% cotton, 1% polyester).
- The inner wooden frame is 19mm (0,75inch) thick and is made from locally grown pine trees.
- Our framed canvases are produced in and shipped from the EU. Please keep this in mind when buying from outside the EU.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
- Every Framed Canvas is printed for order.
- Estimated production time for your order is 3 - 6 business days.
- Estimated delivery time for most orders is 3 - 6 business days.
- All orders come with tracking information which will be sent to you in a separate email.
PACKAGING
- Framed Canvas is wrapped in bubble wrap, a cardboard protective sheet and foam corners as well as a durable cardboard box to ensure safe delivery.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- You can return within 14 days of delivery. All products must be sent back to my studio in Germany. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I wish I could, but I can't provide return shipping labels like the big stores do.
