Please be sure of your purchase, we do not offer refunds or replacements for any reason except DOA and photoproof is required within 24 hours of delivery. No shipping carrier UPS FedEx or the postal service offers insurance on plants at any time so be aware that you are 100% at risk for your purchase. Please check weather conditions during time of proposed shipment to account for your tropical tree. Adverse weather conditions can directly affect the health of your tree during shipment negatively. This is totally your responsibility. We are obligated to ship immediately and cannot hold orders until weather improves. So if you need to delay your order until the weather is better please do so.
