This is a male / Boy Runner. Works great for any Track and Field event, banquet or party.
This is for 1 balloon
Balloon is a 19" mylar/foil helium quality star
Image is done in black vinyl
The image is made of vinyl and on 1 side of the balloon.
All balloons arrive uninflated
You will need to take it to your local party supply store to have helium added.
We advise not to use a store bought helium tank to fill. Store bought tanks are NOT 100% helium and due to the added weight of the vinyl it may hurt the ability for the balloon to float
Please ask all questions before purchase
PLEASE NOTE THERE COULD BE A COLOR DIFFERENCE FOR THE BALLOONS BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE'S SCREEN WILL SHOW THE SAME
