My personalised portraits are custom, one of a kind pieces of art. I use the photos of your pets and use my artistic skill and passion to create a stunning piece of pet art just for you! I can combine as many individual photos into one portrait!
They are printed onto beautiful textured canvas paper with high pigment inks to ensure vivid colours and crisp detail.

- ORDER INSTRUCTIONS 🐶 -
1. Choose the size, how many pets and if you would like it framed.
- Our frames are made from high quality wood with glass in colour choice of either black or white.
- Our canvas option are wrapped and stretched around high quality wood and are light weight and easy to hang.
2. Add your selection to your basket and follow the steps to payment.
3. Once you have paid please use Etsy chat to send me the photo/photos of your pet by selecting 'upload image'.
4. I will create your portrait, then message your portrait preview before your dispatch date.
5. UNLIMITED REVISIONS FREE OF CHARGE

- PROCESS & TIMINGS -
1. CREATION - You will receive a preview for you to review.
2. AMENDMENTS - If you need any amendments made to your preview i will make as many of these changes needed until you are 100% happy with your portrait. This is completely free of charge.
3. DELIVERY - We package your portrait beautifully and with care to ensure it gets delivered to you safely. We secure your portrait in protective bubble wrap, wrap the portrait in beautiful tissue paper, secure with our personalised sticker, include 2 high quality pet portrait postcards and place inside a branded protective postal box.
4. DELIVERY TIMINGS - All orders are sent 1st class and tracked with Royal Mail.

- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -
- These digital hand made portraits are printed on beautiful textured high quality canvas paper.
- There are no refunds after you have received your preview as it takes a substantial amount of time to create your portrait which I am sure you can understand.
As stated in FAQ I do not use actual paint/pencils. I use a stylus and tablet to create your portrait and print the portrait onto high quality canvas paper.
