✮ Packaging/Shipping/Delivery ✮
Depending on order size, most orders will be in an A5 bubble mailer to protect edges and corners and in a cellophane bag to keep the pages intact should the trip to you be a little rough! Cello film is able to be recycled here but please check your local recycling scheme in your own area before adding it to your collection bin.
UK orders are generally shipped via Royal Mail 1st, if it needs to be shipped another way (tracking for example) we pay the difference, the price you pay for shipping stays the same. Orders outside of the UK are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard.
Orders are shipped out up to 5 business days after ordering, but if it can be done sooner it will! Delivery times are an estimate, as we do not use a guaranteed service (it's so expensive!) and therefore can arrive after 24 hours for UK mail and can be up to 7-10 working days for International Standard, if it's taking longer please get in touch as couriers can be impacted by external influences (like Royal Mail and the cyber attack or severe storms/hurricanes etc).

So, first thing is that individual monitors display colours in different ways, so bear this in mind when ordering as your screen may show a -slight- colour difference to the physical product.
Second thing is that, this is a handmade product, no manufacturers are involved in mass printing these. It's just us, two printers, a guillotine and a binding machine. be aware that pages may be a millimetre or two out when guillotined and due to the circular binding it may look like pages are sticking out but once opened, they even themselves out. If we trimmed the edges you would have smaller pages in the middle, and no one wants that!
Also, the pages are not cardstock so felt pens, markers, sharpies etc... will show through. Pencil is the ideal medium to writes with (especially in DnD!) but they have been fine with ballpoint pens.
