A real statement pendant that from the late 1960s/early 1970s and in a Brutalist style. Set with a small faceted light purple paste (glass) stone and full of texture and detail. Very much in the style of mid-century Scandinavian designers such as Hermann Siersbol, Erik Dennung, etc. Please note this listing is for the pendant only - let me know if you require a chain before you order.
Measures 50 mm long by 26 mm wide.
In excellent condition. I have given it a gentle polish to highlight the textural details but some oxidisation remains to provide a contrast. Sadly the maker's mark has been removed, it is marked 925S for sterling silver. This kind of mark for silver was used in Scandinavian countries.
Ready to give as a gift! I will send your jewellery in a new black cardboard presentation box unless it has its own box. For a small extra fee I will gift wrap your item in quality paper, fasten with a ribbon bow and add in your personalised message for the recipient - please add this option at checkout.
