If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate the return process within 14 days.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees.
Customs duty paid in Turkey will be deducted from your account and your refund will be made after the goods are delivered to us.
2. EXCHANGES:
If you do not feel comfortable in the size you have chosen, you can exchange your shoes within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and customs duty of sending the item back to the seller for exchange.
Once we receive any item(s) from you for exchange, we will ship the item(s) back to you FREE of charge in the new size(s) requested.
Exchanges are not available for personalized items.
3. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer must clear customs in his/her own country and pay customs duty.
If the customer does not carry out customs clearance and does not pay the customs duty, he/she cannot claim any rights and refunds for the products returned to me by the cargo company.
