Production time for your order: 3-5 days excluding holiday seasons
Shipping: 7 -8 business days after production
Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges: You have 24 hours from the time you order to change your mind and have your order canceled. After 24 hours your order will be sent into production and can not be changed. We stand by our products and quality. We accept no returns, refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions.
Please keep in mind that ordering by mistake is not an excuse. You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Once your order is in production we can not stop the printing.
Damaged item: If your order comes damaged, please notify us immediately with an image of the damage and we will gladly replace the item. After 3 days from the time your item has been marked delivered, we will not replace your item.
