HOW IT WORKS

PHOTO SEALED WITH RESIN
We print your image on photo paper and permanently seal it under a coat of jewelry grade resin. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PHOTOGRAPH ON A POPSOCKET - CHOOSE RESIN!
PHOTO PRINTED ON METAL
We print your image onto a metal disc and glue it onto the Popsocket top. This process is better at reproducing most graphics and logos (dark logos with white lettering work better with resin). Depending on your image, some details may be lost; especially if your photo is dark or has shadows. IF LOOKING FOR A PHOTOGRAPH ON A POPSOCKET - CHOOSE RESIN! For an additional cost you can add a protective glossy coating.
>>PLEASE NOTE<< in order to permanently bond your image to the Popsocket top, your picture will be slightly smaller than the Popsocket top; so you will see the top outlining your picture. Original Popsockets top will match the base color; swappable top Popsockets top will be white, regardless of the base color.
I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR ACCEPT RETURNS if your Popsocket:
• Breaks
• Does not stick to your device
• Comes with no packaging
• Arrives later than expected/delayed transit time
• is exposed to direct or indirect sunlight or UV light, moisture or heat, causing finish to yellow

▲ PHOTO QUALITY AND CROPPING
Please understand that I cannot improve the quality of your photo. What you submit is what the Popsocket will look like. If the photo is zoomed in too close to the subjects I will do my best to make it centered, however if I can't I will contact you. If ordering more than one of the same design/photo, please know that slight variations may exist as these are all handmade to order. This pertains to photo cropping, placement on pop top and thickness of resin or protective coating. All will be similar or exact, but we cannot guarantee that.
▲ Keira's Kreations does not manufacture the Popsockets. I do not replace them if they break. I only guarantee the personalization (photo, glue, resin, etc...). If anything happens to the PICTURE within a year of purchase, due to manufacturing defect (not mishandling) I will repair or replace JUST THE PHOTO, on a case by case basis, at my discretion.
▲ Keep out of direct sunlight, product is made using UV resin and can yellow if exposed to direct or indirect sunlight, or UV light! Yellowing can also occur if exposed to heat or moisture.
▲ By agreeing to have Keira's Kreations decorate the Popsocket, it will no longer be covered under the Popsocket warranty. You will not be able to return it to the Popsocket company for any warranty repair or replacement. I do not warranty them or replace them.
▲ Popsockets will not stick to some devices, such as silicone or ones that are soft, bumpy, have ridges or are otherwise not smooth. I have no way to know if it will stick to your particular device or case. I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR ACCEPT RETURNS if the Popsocket does not stick to your device.
▲ Popsockets may come loose in a bag, with no packaging or instructions. Occasionally the packaging is damaged or missing when I receive them.
