UNFILLED items will include printed party favors and they will be partially assembled.
For ex: chip bag will be assembled and top part will be left open for you to add your own 1oz chip bag, you will have to remove double sided tape and close bag yourself.
FILLED items will include the treats and item fully assembled. All you'll have to do is set items up on table to your liking.
