COMPLAINTS
► Check your wallpaper after receiving
► The client has 14 days to report a problem with the order (I don't accept complaints after 100 days from date of delivery)
► Custom orders aren't returnable, however contact me immediately if there is any issue
► If you notice any defects, notify me immediately (do not put wallpaper on the wall!)
ADDITIONAL FEES
► Please note that in some countries a custom duty tax may apply (e.g. it happens for Great Britain and Canada). This is beyond my control and as a seller I'm not responsible for. I myself charge only for the product.
