SWEATSHIRT/TEE INFO
Embroidered on a Gildan Heavy Blend crewneck sweatshirt that is made of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. These sweatshirts have a double needle stitching throughout which makes them durable and comfortable. We use a Comfort Colors 6.0oz 100% cotton tee, soft feel with a heavy weight. We use a 5x7 hoop for all of our designs.
SHIPPING TIMES
Our items are individually made with love for each of our buyers. Because of this, our processing time is 1-2 weeks (depending on order volume) plus transit time, but typically much faster. We know our customers want their items as quickly as possible!
RETURNS
We do accept returns if the item was damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges if the size was ordered incorrectly from the buyer or if the thread/shirt color wanted to be changed once shipped.
