WATER-RESISTANT VS WATERPROOF
Custom Name Stickers by Studio Fifty One are made on matte, water-resistant vinyl sticker paper and covered with a clear, water-resistant sticker paper to ensure they are scratch-resistant. Disclaimer: Water-resistant does not equal waterproof, weatherproof, or liquid-resistant. This means that you can run water over them when hand-washing a cup that they are on and they can withstand a light rainfall. If water stays present on them, they may become sticky. They are NOT soak-proof, saliva-proof, or coffee-proof. They are just stickers after all.
Please note that the colors of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and display technologies.
STICKER SIZE GUIDE
The size of the sticker indicates the longest side/length. Larger sizes are available upon request (prices vary).
*Please keep in mind that if you order two (or more) different names that have varying amounts of characters, they will both be different heights to remain proportionate to the length you ordered.
Example: if you ordered the names “Joe” and “Samantha” at 4 inches, they will both be 4 inches in length and therefore “Joe” will appear larger (and will be taller) than “Samantha” to maintain the correct proportions to the size ordered. f you have any questions or if you would like me to make two names the same height rather than the same length, please mention this in the personalization box or send me a message.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All “FREE SHIPPING” sticker orders are shipped through USPS letter mail and ARE NOT end-to-end tracked, despite it showing a tracking number. Any updates you see from the “tracking number” may not be accurate as it is NOT an actual UPSP tracking number. Therefore, your sticker order may show as “delivered” hours or even a few days before it has been delivered. Free shipping does not include insurance.
Please also keep in mind that while standard, domestic mail is said to take between 1-5 business days, sometime there are unseen delays. Once your order has been put in the mail and leaves my possession, unfortunately, I will not know any more information than you do.

If you wish to have insured tracking on your order (under $60), there is a $4 shipping option for this. Orders over $60 will be upgraded for FREE to insured, tracked shipping.
Tracking allows you to see the current status of your package. In the rare event that it gets lost or damaged during transit, the insurance gives you the ability to open a claim with USPS for reimbursement.
ADDITION INFORMATION AND POLICIES
Processing Policy - Processing time for custom stickers is 1-4 business days - this does not include weekends or holidays. Please keep this, and shipping times, in mind when ordering your stickers. While Etsy provides an "estimated delivery date" it is just that - estimated. This estimate, that is set by Etsy (I have no control over changing the date you see), should take into account both my processing times and USPS shipping times but it will always be better to err on the side of caution when ordering for a special event or gift, as Etsy uses additional data to provide an estimate.
Replacement Policy - If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact *me* immediately upon receiving the order, before writing a review. I strive to provide the best products for my customers and, although extremely rare, mistakes happen. I will make it right! Please include a photo of the item.
If your item arrives late or doesn't arrive, you will need to open a case with *Etsy*. Once I hand off your item/s to the post office, I unfortunately no longer have any control over the shipping/delivery. As per Etsy's policies, by directly opening a case with them, they will be able to help with situations like this.
