*Do It Yourself Collections*:: DIY sets will come with a variety of wood flowers already hand dyed and stemmed to match the collection purchased. It will include the real preserved foliage as seen in the set of your choice. Any additional greenery and filler used in each specific design will be included. Each kit will have the structure items needed to complete the set. This includes twine, ribbon, pins, foam cages, etc. You will only receive the items that pertain to the specific product you purchase for the collection you choose. Please keep in mind, we may substitute fillers due to availability.* We have a video tutorial available upon request **They DO NOT come with written instructions**
*Care & Storage*:: Once you receive your flowers, we recommend you take them out of the boxes & paper, setting them upright in a dry-climate controlled environment where the temperature is steady & does not vary. Humidity levels should not be higher than 50%. Do not keep your flowers in any basements, attics, garages or bathrooms where moisture may fluctuate. Once the flowers leave us & arrive to you, their care is no longer the responsibility of The Wilusz Way. If your collection has natural dried flowers, please keep in mind they are fragile and should be handled gently and stored with care.
*Process Time*:: Although an order may only take a day or two to create, our team needs time from when your order is placed, to when we actually start creating for you. Please understand the lead times can vary due to booking orders.
*Shipping*:: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 6 business days. Shipping times may vary due to location, weather, etc. For Priority or Rush shipping, please send us a message BEFORE placing your order, so we can discuss accommodation.
*Wood Flowers*:: 100% Biodegradable, Sustainable Material, Long Lasting‐ Forever! These are handmade and can have a slight difference in size and shape from flower to flower. Colors may vary slightly due to the difference in device screens and slight variations in the dying process. Stems are wrapped in twine with some stems showing.
*Flower Origin*:: We use handmade wooden flowers from Thailand! These flowers are not fresh flowers. The texture is similar to a really thin version of balsa wood. Because they are handmade, and made from natural materials, no two are exactly alike. Brown veining, sometimes small holes from a “knot” in the wood are on some of the flowers due to being made from the bark of a tree. A variety of lines may show from the bark on skinless flowers. These are perfectly imperfect.
