PRODUCTION TIME, SHIPPING, AND SHOP POLICIES
All of our items are made to order. Production time can fluctuate but most standard dresses take 4-6 weeks to be made and shipped. We like to give a safe quote and have the shipping quotes set up to 8 weeks for production. If you need the item by a specific time within those 8 weeks, you MUST reach out to us before ordering in order to confirm it can be done. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee a delivery before the latest date provided on the estimate. If you are on a tight deadline or need a faster production period, please reach out to us directly.
Length of shipping is different based on the method you choose to ship while checking out. We are generally able to adjust the method should you change your mind before the item officially ships.
Due to all products being made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges. Orders can be cancelled before items go into production, please contact us if a cancellation is required. In the off chance that a return/exchange is granted, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please check your order upon delivery. Should there be any issues with your order please contact us via Etsy Messaging asap. Any issues found need to be brought to Be Everthine's attention within the first 2 weeks of delivery. After 2 weeks the order is considered accepted and used.
**Please note that items are shipped by a 3rd party (normally USPS) Once we ship your item, it is -literally- in the hands of another company who is then responsible. If an item is lost or damaged in the shipping process it is not Be EverThine's responsibility. We will work with you and give our best advice on how you could handle the situation with the postal service to obtain a refund. However Be EverThine's is not responsible for any late, damaged, or lost packages caused during shipment. The customer is responsible to contact the 3rd party to obtain fees or refunds.
