Ingredients: Beeswax, Jojoba Oil, Avocado Oil, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Fragrance/Essential Oils, Vitamin E Oil.
To use: Warm the bar between your hands for a few seconds to soften the bar and release the lotion. Massage lotion onto desired areas. Or, simply rub the bar directly onto the skin. The warmth of your body will help the bar glide easily over the skin. A little goes a long way!
For best results, keep lotion bar away from heat sources and out of direct sunlight.
If your lotion bar is soft upon arrival, simply place in your fridge or freezer for a few minutes to harden.

*Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday except for postal holidays. To calculate when I will ship your order, add your order date to my current processing time of 3 to 5 business days. That means I will ship your order 3 to 5 days (not including weekends or holidays) AFTER you place it.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided to Etsy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
Overages paid on shipping are always refunded the day I ship your order.
Orders will be shipped in a box, compostable/recyclable paper-padded mailer, or compostable BPAT & cornstarch soft mailer, or a traditional bubble mailer via USPS Ground Advantage (Formerly First Class Mail).
*Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
Refunds aren't offered and I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety standards. It's very important to me that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, so please read item descriptions and ingredient lists carefully. Please reach out via Etsy messages before purchase if there are questions.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but will do everything we can to help you with postal inquiries, claims, and law enforcement reports.

In the rare event your item(s) are damaged during transit, please send a message within 24 hours of receiving your package that includes multiple, detailed photos of all packaging and contents so your issue is handled promptly and if necessary, a claim made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all items and packaging materials until your issue is resolved, as USPS may need to inspect items and materials in person, at your local post office before a claim will be paid. Please note that after 24 hours, I cannot replace, refund, or file an insurance claim.

*What if I don't like the fragrance of my item?
Scent is very subjective, meaning what smells nice to me, may not smell nice to someone else. That said, each essential oil and fragrance is carefully researched and accurately described in each listing description or title of product. If you are not familiar with a particular fragrance or fragrance note, please reach out to me for a more in-depth description or comparison and I'll do my best. I'm also happy to provide a small sample if you are unsure and include it in with an order, so you may order the item in question at a later date. It's our hope that you always love the way your product smells, but please place your orders with confidence, as all sales are final. Even if you don't like the way it smells.
*When will my order ship?/Why hasn't my order shipped yet?/What is a business day?
Our current processing time for orders is 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. To calculate when I will ship your order, add your order date to our current processing time (3 to 5 business days). I'm just one person who handcrafts all items from scratch in my home studio and that time is needed to make the very best, high-quality products and package each order with care. Orders are ALWAYS shipped on time and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
*I have an APO/FPO/DPO address. Will you ship to me?
Yes! We are happy to support our military families who are overseas. While this platform (and many others) do not support this address format, simply enter any domestic address in the "Shipping Address" field and leave me your APO/FPO/DPO address in the notes section. Your package will ship via USPS with proper customs info and labeling. Please reach out via Etsy messages if you have questions!
*Will my item be identical to the one in the listing photo?
We do try to accurately portray our items in our photographs. However, each item is handmade from scratch, hand-poured, and cut by hand. And, due to the nature of artisan products, no two items are the same and each is unique and may vary slightly in color, design, shape, and size and soap may have small bubbles or minor imperfections. We believe these are all the things that make a handmade item "handmade."
*Hot Weather Statement
Our products are formulated to withstand shipping and delivery in hot weather. However, we strongly recommend promptly retrieving packages from mailboxes, parcel lockers, porches, and other outdoor delivery areas to ensure their quality upon arrival. Please track your package and have it delivered to an address where you will be available to bring it inside once it is delivered. Olive Blossom Soap Co. is not responsible for packages left in hot outdoor delivery areas, and refunds/replacements will not be offered.
*Tracking says my package has been delivered but I didn't receive it. - Your Next Steps
If your package shows a delivered status but you can't find it, your carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check:

*With neighbors
*Mailbox - Packages may come separately from your regular mail; check again later in the day
*Areas protected from weather
*Areas out of street view, such as under a mat or near a back entrance
*Apartment building mailroom, manager's office, parcel locker, etc.
