This piece is heavy with a long (9ft) cord. It is in working condition, though it does have some cosmetic flaws here and there (see photos). The plug-in has no fraying or damage. It will not come with the mounting hardware (screws).
This sign measures 12" Across, 8" tall and about 2" thick. The top mounting piece measures roughly 6 1/4" × 4 1/4".
This is a nicely working, well-made piece with a conveniently long cord.
