We can add your business logo, name, team name, artwork, or anything else you may want to put on a polo and show off! How To Order: **It is usually best if you message us before ordering so we can take a look at the design and discuss what you are wanting.** 1. Choose how many polos you would like and where you would like the design placed. (Placement left is based on when you are wearing the polo) 2. Send us the design you would like to use via Etsy messages or email it to us at Logo (AT) StitchRebellion.com We do not charge a digitizing fee and each purchase will include the use of one design on one location of the polo with 10,000 stitches or under. Each extra location added to the polo will incur an extra charge. If the design is over 10,000 stitches there will also be an extra charge. (Most designs are well under 10,000 stitches). It is usually best if you message us before ordering so we can take a look at the design complexity. 3. Once the order has been placed and the design is approved by us, we will then work on getting the design made into a stitch file. Once finished we will send you a digital mockup of what the polo will look like before we start stitching it out. Once approved, if you have ordered 5 or more polos, we will embroider the first polo and send a picture for your to approval before we put the rest into production. (If you should decide to make changes to the design after the stitch file has been created, there will be an additional charge). Designs with intricate detail do not work well with embroidery. If the design is very intricate it may need to be simplified to give the best results on the polo. We do not recommend using letters under 0.25" tall as they are not easily legible with embroidery. For most designs, we typically make them about 4" wide. The height will depend on the proportions of the logo. If you would like a specific size, please let us know. Processing Time: Processing time can vary from a couple of days to a couple of weeks depending on the order size and whether or not we need to order the color of polos you would like.
