Normal processing time is 1-2 weeks . Processing time doesn't include the shipping time. It will ship through USPS Priority so it'll be delivered in 2-4 days (not guaranteed) upon shipment to ensure freshness. I try to ship earlier to give a few days allowance in case of delays but if you want to do express shipping, kindly contact me.
All items are handmade, hence there will always be variances. All orders are made-to-order so I color fondants, icings, and chocolates per order therefore, they can be a shade or two lighter or darker Every order is packaged carefully however, things can happen during transit. If your order comes in damaged or if you are dissatisfied, please contact me immediately upon arrival and include photos and count of damaged items so we can find a way to resolve..Items may melt especially during warm season or if you live in an area that is generally hot, we will add an insulated liner with your purchase to help protect the items from melting during transit. You can add cold pack for your order, but the day of delivery, kindly make sure someone will receive the package. Items may melt if left out under the sun for a long period of time. Store in a cool dry place as condensation to the chocolate may occur if refrigerated. If it's too hot and refrigeration is needed, keep it sealed in the baggies and store in an air tight container, then when taking out, let it come in to room temperature first before unsealing. Keep away from light (light colors like pink are prone to fading from long exposure to light). These are made with no preservatives so they are best consumed within 2-3 weeks.
Note: This item contains dairy and soy, and although it doesn’t contain the other major allergens, my facility does process other items with them. *Gold/silver dragees are classified as non-edible and for decorations only by the FDA but they are non-toxic and safe to use on food and are considered edible in many other countries.
