I am a perforative nurse myself, and I started making scrub hats as I was wearing the work provided disposable scrub hats and found that they fit poorly, so they would slip off. My hair wasn't properly contained and the friction would cause my hair to break.
I also noticed a lot of the scrub caps that nurses were wearing at work, were made of fabric that I wouldn't want to wear. They weren't nice at all. So I set out to make my own. Firstly, I tried elastic scrub hats, but found after wearing them for a few hours they would be too tight and I would end up with head aches.
My scrub hats are adjustable - they all have a toggle. They will fit different head sizes, hair lengths and thicknesses. They will hold all of your hair in and you can decide how tight you want them to be. For me, I like them tighter when I start my shift, but then loosen them off during my shift. The result - no headaches.
I pride myself on making amazing quality scrub hats. I only sell scrub hats that I would wear myself. All fabric used is high quality, digitally printed, 100% cotton. Being digitally printed it means that it will keep its colour longer with repeated washing, rather than cheaper 'larger chain store' fabric.
The toggles on my hats are small, so they don't irritate your neck. I am a little bit fanatical with the details (insert anal retentive here) so the little bead used will be colour co-ordinated with the fabric. The elastic is always white. You will always get a high quality hat. The same quality every time - the print will just be different. Like shoes, you can never have enough.

All fabric is 100% high quality cotton fabric. It has been pre-washed, tumble dried and steam ironed to reduced the chances of it shrinking
