How it works:
1. Choose a size. Ensure with the cemetery their size restrictions, and decide on the size memorial you desire. (Most common for one person is the 12"-24", and can either be 3 or 4 inches thick based.)
Note: If the size you need is not listed we can provide any headstone size, please message us.
2. Place your order by clicking “Buy it now”
Note: if you prefer to send your custom made monument direct to the cemetery, you can place their address in the section “Enter your shipping address.” Please check with your cemetery to ensure they can receive items, and coordinate for the approximate arrival time and any other requirements they may have.

3. Send us an email with all information that you would like to include, such as: name, dates, and epitaph (optional), or any other suggestions for the design.

4. We will email an artist’s proof of the finished custom memorial for your approval.
Our designers will work with the information and image provided by you to create a beautiful, custom memorial, which we will email for your approval in about 1-2 weeks after we have received your request and payment.
5. After your approval, we will begin creating the memorial.
6. We will ship your order to the place specified at “Checkout.” Most orders arrive in about 6-8 weeks after approval.
About Us
Our company started about 3 years ago by lifelong friends Drew and Joaquin, with the idea of producing the highest quality monuments. After successfully creating beautiful memorials in the local area of Fresno, CA, they are now branching out into serving the wider community of Etsy.
While our company is relatively young, the experience of our designers and craftsmen is not. Joaquin, in addition to being a partner in the company, oversees much of the design work and creation of all of our custom headstones or monuments. He has over 10 years of experience in photography restoration as a professional photographer, and in creating unique memorial designs using the latest laser etching technology and other more traditional methods.
We understand how important it is to listen to all of the ideas of our customers, and create a memorial in line with their vision.

A personalized headstone memorial for a cemetery, created with laser engraving on black granite stone, is a beautiful way to create the perfect tribute to your loved one.
Note: Before ordering, please check with your cemetery on their requirements for headstone sizes. Most common for one person is the 12"-24", and can either be 3 or 4 inches thick based on the cemetery requirements.
Material and process for creating a custom headstone
For creating beautiful memorials (headstones), we use fine, polished black granite stone with laser etching to create beautiful, images and artistry in the stone. Laser engraving itself uses a laser to cut into the granite, removing the polished surface and exposing the lighter unpolished surface underneath. Laser etching can only be done only on black granite, which provides a high contrast, photographic image in the stone. To apply any image via laser etching, we start by having our skilled photo technicians enhance the image and remove any possible defects prior to applying the image to your memorial. Laser etching can be used for an entire memorial (headstone), placing all of the images, text, and pictures on the black granite piece.
Note: While we source the purest granite available, granite is a natural rock, and is still innately filled with imperfections such as hairline cracks, natural fissures, and variations in color that will be present and visible to some degree in any granite stone. As such, our company provides no warranty against natural imperfections.
Please keep in mind that we can provide any headstone (grass marker) sizes, so please specify the size you prefer.

Return Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our memorials, we can only accept returns due to workmanship defects. Defects resulting from the stone itself are inherent in the use of granite, and while we try to select the finest granite for our products, these impurities remain in all natural granite.
